By April 26, 2020Georgia

Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee is pleased to be able to partner with iVoterGuide to provide you with an up-to-date voters’ guide for your upcoming state primary election.  We pray that this information is helpful to you as you prepare to vote.

The voter guide covering the Primary Election in Georgia is ready. Here is important information concerning Georgia’s Primary Elections:

  1. All previously scheduled Primary Elections will now take place on June 9, 2020. *
  2. The last day to register to vote is May 11. Requests for absentee ballots may begin now.  The request must be received by your County Board of Registrars by 5:00 p.m. on June 5, and marked ballots must be received by your County Board no later than 5:00 p.m. on Election Day.
  3. The Secretary of State encourages Georgians to vote with mail-in absentee ballot. However, Advanced In-Person Voting is still available in some counties and will take place from May 18 to June 5.  Counties may also have In-Person Voting on Election Day.
  4. Decisions are being made county-by-county basis, so please check with your County Board of Registrars.

Be sure to use iVoterGuide to compare the candidates before you vote.

*Please note: Information in this email is current as of the send date.  However, election methods and dates are changing rapidly as communities battle Coronavirus.  All changes will be posted to our special COVID-19 Election Updates page, so please check it for changes prior to voting.

Thank you for your faithfulness!
