Urge North Dakota Governor Armstrong to Sign Obscenity Bill

There has been another great victory for the children in North Dakota! Our legislators have heard our voices and voted to support SB 2307 which strengthens the law to prevent minors from accessing obscenity. The bill not only requires libraries to implement safety policies that limit access to sexually explicit material to minors, but it also allows for a penalty upon non-compliance with the law.

The bill protecting minors from accessing obscene material in taxpayer-funded institutions has been sent to Gov. Kelly Armstrong for his signature!

Please protect children from harm and sign SB 2307 into law. Obscene materials do not belong in the children’s section of public libraries or school libraries. Taxpayers should not be forced to pay for material that is harmful to children.

Sincerely, Your Name and Town

Please Pray! Pray for Gov. Armstrong and our state officials that truth will prevail in our public discourse.

Thank you for your continued support of CWA of North Dakota. Together, we are making an impact for His Kingdom!
