Every spring our family looked forward to our walk to the hayfield to enjoy the emerging crocuses. This South Dakota state flower since 1903 is the first to bloom throughout our state in the spring. Originating from the French word Paques meaning Easter, this May Day flower symbolizes resurrection and rebirth.
Just in time for Easter, our CWA of South Dakota Spring Newsletter is ready for you to read online. It includes links to the legislation we were involved in and the votes so you can check how your legislators voted.
Articles include:
- Points from Pierre
- What is DEI?
- Our 47th President’s First 60 Days—Policy Changes, Successes
A huge thank you to those who participated in our Encourage-A-Legislator program. Ladies have been receiving notes of appreciation from their legislators. Thank you for your prayers throughout the legislative session.
