The Horribly Gruesome Killing Fields Of Planned Parenthood – CWA of Georgia Responds

By | Georgia | No Comments

In 1984, the movie The Killing Fields was released in theaters across America. The movie depicted the murderous atrocities of the Khmer Rouge regime of Cambodia where it is estimated that the regime killed and then buried over one million of its citizens in the early 1970’s. During that same time period, 1973 to be exact, the United States legalized abortion, and it is now estimated that approximately 57,762,169 unborn American children have been killed at the hands of abortionists with the largest abortion provider, federally funded Planned Parenthood, leading the way.

A third undercover video was just released which graphically shows a Planned Parenthood doctor and technician picking through parts of aborted babies for the purposes of selling the harvested baby parts for profit. The killing fields of Cambodia pale in comparison to the horrific crimes happening daily at the nation’s largest abortion provider. Click here to view the video. Warning: parts of the video are very graphic.

Planned Parenthood betrays women and should not be receiving federal funds.  They must be investigated on both a national and state level immediately.

View what Penny Nance, Concerned Women for America CEO and President, had to say at a press conference in Washington, D.C., this week.

Silence is not an option!  We must stop those who are selling baby body parts. Take action today!

Georgia Update

Last week many of you responded to my e-mail request to contact Gov. Nathan Deal and thank him for directing the Department of Community Health and the Department of Public Health to conduct a joint review of the clinics run by Planned Parenthood Southeast in Georgia to ensure that Planned Parenthood Southeast is not in the business of selling aborted body parts.  Thank you!

Immediately after the directive was issued, I reached out to the Governor’s office, the Department of Community Health and the Department of Public Health to express our support of the directive and to inquire of their progress on the review of Georgia’s Planned Parenthood clinics.  I will be e-mailing updates of the review process as I know them.

Please pray:  Ask the Lord to give those who end up investigating on a national level and state level the wisdom to discover the truth and the courage to speak it.

For Life!

CWA of Georgia Thanks Gov. Nathan Deal and Asks You to Do the Same

By | Georgia | No Comments

A hearty thank you to those who responded to our last e-alert concerning the undercover video of a Planned Parenthood representative casually describing the harvesting of baby body parts.  Republican Members of Congress have called for a Congressional investigation.  If you haven’t contacted Georgia’s two senators and your representative, do it right now by clicking here for contact information.  The pressure needs to continue until an investigation is official. Encourage friends and family to do the same.

Georgia Governor Responds!  Gov. Nathan Deal has ordered a review of the Planned Parenthood clinics in Georgia. Click here for press release.  CWA of Georgia applauds Gov. Deal for his efforts to ensure that Planned Parenthood is not harvesting baby body parts in Georgia. We affirm Gov. Deal’s stand in wanting to protect the life of the unborn.

Take Action:  Contact Gov. Deal at 404-656-1776 or by e-mail and thank him for standing for the life of the unborn. Planned Parenthood apologists are claiming that Gov. Deal shouldn’t be wasting his time on this investigation, so please call TODAY and thank him for doing so.

Pray:  Pray for Gov. Deal as he continues to take a strong stand for the sanctity and dignity of all human life.  Pray for Dr. Deborah Nucatola, Planned Parenthood’s senior director of Medical Services, who was seen on the video.  As you can be sure, the stress in her life has risen to a level she may not have ever experienced before.  May the Lord call her to the saving knowledge of His son Jesus Christ.

“For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.” Romans 3:22b–26

Added note:  Some of you may have seen attempts by some liberals to deflect the claims made by those who produced the video.  Read our response, The Left has Left out Details (Again).

For Life!

CWA of Georgia SPEAKS OUT Against the Selling of Baby Body Parts

By | Georgia | No Comments

It is a federal felony to traffic human body parts!  This week a shocking video from an undercover investigation shows Dr. Deborah Nucatola describing how selling body parts of aborted children is part of the Planned Parenthood business plan!

View disturbing video.

Penny Nance, Concerned Women for America CEO and President,

“Thirty to one hundred dollars; that’s the price Planned Parenthood appears to be profiting per dead baby. The recent video of Planned Parenthood’s senior director of Medical Services is just the latest in a laundry list of scandals, including aiding and abetting sex traffickers, giving sexual bondage instructions to children, cheating the government, sex-selection abortions, blatant racism, and the failure to report the molestation and rape of minors.

“There appears to be no depths to which this organization won’t stoop for money. When will the federal government wake up and follow the lead of the ten courageous governors who have cut funding to Planned Parenthood?

It’s time for Congress to say ‘Enough!’ If Planned Parenthood provides any worthy services, then they should have no problem raising funds like the thousands of other charities around this nation. Wake up America!”

Silence is not an option!  Take action and pray on behalf of unborn babies!

Take Action:  Contact Georgia’s U.S. Senators and your U.S. Representative TODAY ask for a congressional investigation and an immediate defunding of Planned Parenthood.

Pray:  2 Timothy says, “For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”  We are reminded that it isn’t easy.  2 Corinthians 4:6-9 “For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.  We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed.”   We should not fear man. Man cannot take our soul.  We need to take heart during these times.  Have courage. Put on the full armor of God and speak boldly as we speak.  And having done all stand.

Dear Heavenly Father, the God of all creation, forgive us our trespasses. We will no longer be silent.  Boldly we speak the truth in love, knowing that Jesus is the victory.  Break the hearts of our leaders for what breaks Yours.  Destroy the walls of deception and shine the light on the evilness of abortion.  As we serve You our Risen Savior, we call on the surpassing power that is from You, not us.

Silence is not an option.

CWA of Georgia Responds to SCOTUS Decision – “It is a dark day in America.”

By | Georgia | No Comments

CWA of Georgia press release.

Today is yet another very dark day for our country. The Biblical view of marriage was mocked by not only the highest court in our land, but by the deafening applause from the highest leaders of our government. Once again, the Court takes into its own hands matters of policy which are left, by the authority of the Constitution, to the providence of the legislative branch. In acting as a super legislature, so to speak, the Supreme Court itself violated the constitutional parameters that were set in place for the preservation of liberty.

“It is a sad day in America when five unelected justices think themselves so powerful they dare overturn the votes of millions of Americans, including over 75 percent of Georgians, who went to the voting booth to preserve marriage as it had been understood throughout history, the union between one man and one woman,” states Penny Nancy, CEO and President of Concerned Women for America.

We have much work to do to reestablish a pro-marriage, pro-family culture in our nation, but we embrace the challenges ahead, knowing that we stand on solid ground when we say that marriage, as intended by God, is the best model for strong, healthy, stable families that serve as the only secure foundation for our society’s future.

We must also work to protect religious liberty, beginning with the passage of Georgia’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act.  We have already seen how government was using its power, before this decision today, to punish citizens and organizations that do not comport to the pro-LGBT view of marriage.  Think about the pressure that the Supreme Court has brought upon people of faith with this decision.

Concerned Women for America of Georgia will continue to lead in the fight for the sanctity of marriage here in Georgia. It will take time, energy and resources. Will you donate today to help CWA of Georgia stay on the front lines at this critical crossroads for America?

SB 129 passed out of the Senate and is now in the House.  By all appearances, it looks like Rep. Wendell Willard, chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is trying to run out the clock on the bill. There are only ten days left in the state legislative session, which means SB 129 needs to be heard in committee IMMEDIATELY.

Please call Chairman Willard’s office on Thursday, March 19, and respectfully urge him to allow SB 129 to be heard in the standing subcommittee chaired by Rep. Barry Fleming no later than Friday, March 20.
