We extol You, Oh Lord,
Creator of heaven and earth,
Giver of life and
Conqueror of death.
Our God, our King,
Our Joy, our Hope,
In You and You alone
We put our trust.
We know of Your great deeds, Father,
And we will proclaim them to the next generation.
We meditate on Your wondrous works day and night;
Your statutes are our delight.
We will declare Your greatness in the streets.
We will speak and never be silent.
Regarding first and foremost Your glory
And not our personal cost.
We praise You Lord, for you are Gracious,
Slow to anger and quick to forgive.
You are good and Your mercies
Are made new every day.
We seek You for You have the words of Life,
The words of truth and light.
Your kingdom will have no end;
Your dominion endures throughout all generations.
You reward righteousness and punish evil.
You are just.
You uphold those who put their trust in You.
Though they fall, they shall never be defeated.
You open Your generous hands to supply our needs.
You are near to the afflicted,
And we exist thanks to Your preservation.
Forgive us our trespasses and help us believe.
