The U.S. House of Representatives will vote on the Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 36), this Thursday, January 22.

Please help pass this legislation by calling our Maine Congressional delegates to the U.S. House of Representatives and ask for their support right away.

This measure will ban abortion after 20-weeks’ gestation. Exceptions to the bill would involve dangers to the life of the mother or cases of rape and incest. America is one of only seven nations out of 196 countries in the world to allow this holocaust.

H.R. 36 is sponsored by Rep. Trent Franks (R-Arizona) and Rep. Marsha Blackburn (R–Tennessee).

Now that Republicans control the Senate, we are hopeful this important legislation will be brought to the floor in the spring. Please call the two Maine senators and request their support.

Please pray and ask the Lord to give us victory in this matter.

Thank you for making a difference right where you are to bring a Biblical perspective to public policy in Maine and our nation. Your involvement is critical, as always.

For Life!
