Washington, DC – Penny Nance, President and CEO of Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee (CWALAC), proudly endorses Kathleen “Kat” Wall for Texas State Representative in District 13.
As a sixth-generation Texan with a proven track record in community leadership and grassroots advocacy, Kat Wall is the dedicated and passionate conservative candidate District 13 needs in Austin.
“Kat Wall is an incredible leader who has tirelessly worked to strengthen our communities,” said Penny Nance. “With her deep commitment to our shared values and extensive experience in public service, Kat is the clear choice for Texas State Representative District 13. She’s going to Austin to protect our kids, support women’s dignity, uphold our values, and safeguard our communities.”
Kat Wall brings a wealth of experience from her background in high-tech sales and community involvement, coupled with a bold vision for District 13. Her priorities include improving education, fostering job creation, and ensuring election integrity, as demonstrated by her opposition to policies that weaken voter confidence, such as House Bill 1356. Wall also supports critical initiatives like Gov. Greg Abbott’s efforts to secure the future of rural Texas through the study of the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer.
“Kat understands the challenges we face and has the leadership to deliver real results, stated Jana Long, Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee Texas State Director. “From strengthening our schools to building a thriving economy, Kat Wall is committed to making a lasting, positive impact for District 13.”
CWALAC endorses Kat Wall in the 2026 Republican primary for Texas State Representative District 13.
