Our state director in Texas, for example, Dana Hodges, recently testified in favor of SB-6, a bathroom privacy bill that will protect women from the recent push to allow men in women’s private facilities.
Dana gave a powerful testimony where she spoke from personal experience. She said, “The reason I’m so passionate about seeing this [bathroom] bill passed into law is because I myself was a victim of being videotaped by a hidden camera placed in a women’s public bathroom stall by a man.”
The bill passed out of committee 7-1.
