Today, Concerned Women for America is in front of the Supreme Court, standing for your religious freedoms. We are rallying as justices hear Trinity Lutheran v. Pauley, a religious liberty case being handled by our friends at the Alliance Defending Freedom.
As I told you yesterday, this is a case where a religious preschool was rejected from a state program that provided reimbursement grants to purchase rubberized surface materials for children’s playgrounds.
The bottom line is this: children’s safety is not something that should be politicized in any way. Our government should never deny children who attend religious preschools the ability to have a safe playground when it offers to help those who attend secular schools.
Even children understand fair play.
