Big news! California could move toward making a huge change in how adult websites operate. Assembly Bill 3080 (AB 3080) would help keep adult content away from kids. Right now, too many teens and children stumble onto pornographic websites and view obscene and indecent material. Fifty-eight percent find it by accident, often on their first smartphone, and some are as young as 10!

AB 3080 requires sites to use currently available technology, such as checking IDs or using a credit card, to ensure their users are adults. It is a simple fix to a big problem, helping protect our kids from seeing harmful, inappropriate things they should not be viewing.

We need your voice! Eleven states are already doing this. California could be next, but your assembly member needs to hear from you TODAY!

Please email or call your State Assembly Member using our ACTION CENTER and urge them to protect children and SUPPORT AB 3080.  Now is the time to act and make a difference!
