Urgent Action Needed on Important Parental Rights Bills

We need YOUR voice to protect Virginia children!

Sage’s Law, SB37, and its companion bill in the House, HB670, are good bills that protect children by requiring schools to notify, get permission from, and actively involve parents when their child expresses sexual incongruence (defined as a difference between an individual’s biological sex and such individual’s perceived or desired gender). The bills also include language that states a parent’s decision to raise their child in a manner consistent with the child’s biological sex shall not be deemed abuse or neglect.

Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Virginia supports the Sage’s Law bills because the legislation recognizes the potentially irreversible, serious consequences of allowing schools and children to navigate this confusion without the parent’s awareness, active oversight, and involvement.

Fast Action is needed as votes could take place this week:

ACT TODAY!

  • Contact the House Education Subcommittee members and urge them to support HB670, a commonsense bill to protect Virginia children. The members and their contact information are listed below my signature.
  • Contact the Senate Education Subcommittee members and urge them to support SB37, a commonsense bill to protect Virginia children. The members and their contact information are listed below my signature.

Forward this alert to family and friends.

Join us in prayer: Father God, it is not Your will for children to go the way of sexual confusion. Move on the hearts of legislators to pass these SAGE bills. Help parents to change school boards, policies, and curriculum to create a more favorable environment for their children. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray, amen.

Proverbs 22:6: “Train up a child in the way he should go, even when he is old, he will not depart from it.”

Thank you for your prayer and action.
