Have you contacted the House Education Committee? It’s time to contact them again! Ask for a “do pass” recommendation on “Education Savings Accounts,” SB 2400.
SB 2400 relates to establishing an education savings account program for any elementary or secondary student who is a state resident. The account may be used for qualified educational expenses such as tutoring services, online learning programs, private school tuition, curriculum for homeschooling, and other educational materials.
On March 18, I was privileged to provide testimony to the House Education Committee on your behalf. Watch here at the 10:26:15 minute mark. Written testimony may be read here.
A vote is expected early next week, so act now.
Action:
- Send email messages to the House Education Committee members. Ask for a “do pass” vote on SB 2400, “Education Savings Accounts” bill. See the easy contact method at the bottom of this e-alert. Let them know you are being updated by Concerned Women for America of North Dakota.
- Forward this email to family and friends to keep them informed, praying, and active.
Please Pray that the committee members are willing to support families by providing them with more educational options for their school-aged children.
Thank you for your continued support of CWA of North Dakota. Together, through prayer, education, and action, we can impact our state mightily for His Kingdom!
“But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.”
– 1 Corinthians 15:57,58
