Assisted Suicide Initiated Measure
Although the Election of 2016 is in the recent past, South Dakota Ballot Measures for 2018 arrived at the attorney general’s office months ago. Of particular concern to all pro-life citizens should be the evil lurking behind an assisted-suicide or euthanasia measure brought by “Death With Dignity South Dakota.”
ACTION ITEM: Keep the measure from getting the necessary 14,000 signatures to be placed on the ballot in 2018! CWA strongly opposes this measure as it is contrary to our core issues. We will be providing more information later. At this time, however, we are urging you (and anyone with whom you can share this message) NOT TO SIGN the petition if it is presented to you.
PRAYER CONCERN: Pray that God would shine the light in the darkness of this evil measure and that it will ultimately be defeated. “God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.” –I John 1: 5-6
