Rally Date Change and Opportunity to Sign Petition Against Charlotte’s No Gender Bathrooms

By February 20, 2015North Carolina

As you know from our last e-alert the Charlotte City Council Members will have a new ordinance added to their upcoming meeting’s agenda. The regulation, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (SOGI), is a dangerous ordinance under the guise of “civil rights”. It would mandate that any business who works for the city of Charlotte must provide public facilities without discriminating between marital or family status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

UPDATE: The date of this meeting has been changed from February 23 to March 2, and it will take place at 6:00 p.m.

TAKE ACTION:

  1. Please take action on items we mentioned in our last e-alert, if you haven’t already. Click here to do so.
  2. Make plans now to attend the Don’t Do It Rally in Charlotte we recommended in our last e-alert. Because of the meeting date change, the rally has been moved to March 2 at 4:00 p.m. Click here for more information.
  3. Ask Charlotte City Council to vote “NO” on the proposed City ordinance by signing this petition.

Pray the liberal supporters of the bill will know the truth that God made man and woman distinct in His Holy Image. Also, pray that the efforts to instate gender neutral bathrooms will be thwarted.
