“The future of NCAA women’s sports is on the line in a lawsuit brought by the athletes at the forefront of the battle to protect females,” writes Concerned Women for America Senior Advisor Doreen Denny in an op-ed published at The Federalist. Claiming “transwomen are women,” the National Women’s Law Center (NWLC), a women’s activist group from the 1970s, has petitioned a federal court in Georgia to intervene in the case defending the trans-identifying males who take the trophies and the dignity from female athletes in their own sports. “NWLC’s position is the ultimate insult to every young female athlete who is getting up early, training hard, and missing other events in life to excel in her sport.”
