Bernie Madoff did it. Jack Abramoff did it. And now Kelli Conlin got caught in her own web of financial irregularity – siphoning funds from her well-off company to pay for her extravagant lifestyle. Ms. Conlin was the former president of NARAL Pro-Choice New York.

Following an audit, Kelli Conlin, according to the Associated Press “pleaded guilty to falsifying business records, a felony. Her case will be closed without jail time or probation if she pays more than $75,000 in restitution.”

Colin was accused to funneling money from the abortion organization to pay for personal luxuries like a $100,000 car service to pick up her kids from school, a $17,000 summer rental in the Hamptons (for which the Wall Street Journal says she charged her own organization $30,000), and thousands of dollars worth of clothes from Armani (because you have to look nice to promote abortion, right?)

But it doesn’t end there “[YNN’s Capitol Tonight program] also reported that the audit revealed that a number of large transactions of money that moved around NARAL Pro-Choice New York’s accounts appear dubious, and may hide other financial improprieties.”

“Other financial improprieties”? I certainly wonder what else the audit shows.

However, this comes as no surprise. The abortion industry is fraught with improprieties to make a buck. In Kansas, Planned Parenthood is currently facing 107 criminal counts, mostly dealing with falsifying documents about abortions, many of which are allegedly faked to lower the age of the unborn baby so the clinic can legally abort the child.

Anyone who thinks that abortion clinics put the health and safety of women first is, in my opinion, delusional. From everything I’ve seen, abortion is solely a business to the profiteers who run them, and an unborn baby and her mother are dollar signs.

In Planned Parenthood’s latest financial reports from 2009, they netted $106 million. That’s quite a lot of money for a non-profit but then again, abortions aren’t cheap. And Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards made over $346,000 in 2009. It is sobering to think of everything that abortion money funds.

As is with most immoral actions, one bad thing leads to another (Exhibit A: former Rep. Anthony Weiner). With organizations which perform abortions such s Planned Parenthood, it is logical to think more immoralities will be exposed.

Planned Parenthood has been caught several times on video covering up child rape and abuse and more recently, aiding and abetting sex trafficking.

In Philadelphia, notorious abortionist Dr. Kermit Gosnell was charged with eight counts of murder in January of this year after it was discovered he killed babies that survived abortions as well as one of his patients. Prosecutors said he “made millions of dollars over 30 years, performing as many illegal, late-term abortions as he could.”

Kelli Conlin’s own improprieties further showcase the corruption of the entire abortion industry — from life-threatening “house of horrors” abortion centers to the sleazy “educational” organizations that pimp for abortion. How sick.
