Meet the New State Director of Nebraska

It is with great pleasure that we introduce Mary Meininger as the new Nebraska State Director for Concerned Women for America (CWA).

Mary has been an integral part of the CWA of Kansas leadership team since 2021, first serving in the important role of Prayer/Action Chapter Leader in Topeka before stepping into the role of State Director in 2023.

We are deeply appreciative of Mary’s willingness to take on the responsibilities of the director’s position, as she has recently moved to the great state of Nebraska. Her dedication and leadership within the organization have had a significant impact in Kansas, and we are excited to see how God will use her gifts and experiences to further the mission of CWA in Nebraska.

About Mary Meininger

Mary Meininger brings a diverse background and a wealth of experience to her new role in Nebraska. Originally from Lexington, Kentucky, Mary earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Communications from Georgetown College. Demonstrating a commitment to lifelong learning, she later returned to academia and graduated from Washburn University with a degree in Kinesiology, with a focus on Exercise Physiology.

Passionate about mentoring and teaching, Mary is devoted to sharing God’s word. She volunteers at Lifeline Pregnancy Center and leads educational workshops on Biblical citizenship. Additionally, her commitment to service is evident in her mentorship work at the women’s prison in Topeka, Kansas.

Mary and her husband, Clay, have experienced life in several locations before making Nebraska their home. Together, they have two amazing children and a wonderful daughter-in-law.

A Note from Mary Meininger

“It is an incredible honor to serve CWA of Nebraska and our great state during this pivotal moment in our nation’s history. Nebraska sits at the heart of our country—both geographically and symbolically. Proverbs 4:23 tells us, ‘Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life.’ Today, it feels as though that wellspring is broken. We stand at a monumental crossroads, just as Deuteronomy 30:19 declares: ‘I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse; therefore, choose life and live.’ Now is the time for us to stand together, to choose life, and to trust God to revive the heartbeat of our nation. Please join me in these efforts for God’s glory.”
