We’re just days away from a critical election. Are you ready?
On November 3, our country will elect 435 U.S. House Representatives, 35 U.S. Senators, 6,139 state legislators across 88 state legislative chambers, 36 governors, and thousands of more state and local positions. The stakes are high. With Democratic Socialists staking claims on the ballot, radical abortion measures sweeping the country, and control of both houses of Congress up for grabs, every vote is important in deciding the future of our country.
Here are the most important things to know before heading to the ballot box in Nebraska:
In-Person Early Voting: October 5 to Nov. 2 by 5:00 p.m. at local election offices.
Election Day: November 3, 2026

One of the Three Ballot Questions as it will appear on the Ballot:
Initiative Measure 442
Shall the Nebraska Constitution be amended to provide: (1) Schools must expressly designate each athletic team or sport as one of the following based on biological sex: (a) Males, men, or boys; (b) females, women, or girls; or (c) coed or mixed; and (2) Athletic teams or sports designated for females, women, or girls shall not be open to students of the male sex? The amendment would apply to all athletic teams or sports sponsored by public schools or postsecondary educational institutions, and private schools or educational institutions whose athletic teams or sports compete against public schools or institutions. Constitution of the United States, this section shall be implemented to the maximum extent permitted by federal law and the Constitution of the United States. Any provision held invalid shall be severable from the remaining portions of this section.
If you haven’t yet, I encourage you to vote early. You never know what may come up on November 3, and your vote is too important to wait until the last day.
And lastly, please join us in prayer. Pray for your city, our state, this beautiful country with which God blessed us, and those He places in power.
Jeremiah 29:7 reminds us, “Also, seek the peace and prosperity of the city to which I have carried you into exile. Pray to the Lord for it, because if it prospers, you too will prosper.”
