Vindicate us, O Lord—
Heavenly Father, come to our rescue.
When enemies assail us and keep us under threat,
We trust not in our own schemes, but in You.

They come at us with sword and spear, lies and smears,
But we shall not be moved.
Those who trust in the Lord endure
Through many trials and tribulations.

You renew the strength of those who wait for you;
We shall mount up with wings like eagles;
We will run and not be weary;
Walk and not faint.

In You we take refuge.
Pardon our sin and do not cast us away,
Like those who have no faith.
Send Your light and truth to our land.

Send us revival and hope for the afflicted.
Help us reject the things of this world,
Preferring to store up in heaven above,
That which is our treasure.

Teach us to value You, help us to see.
Give us wisdom beyond our deserve.
Let us witness the daily miracles of Your grace.
And help us share in love, Your love,
