WASHINGTON, DC – Concerned Women for America (CWA) called for immediate action by the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC) to sanction USA Ultimate for including a trans-identifying male on its women’s team. USA Ultimate is the national governing body for the sport of ultimate frisbee under the USOPC.

HeCheated.org reported that “Team USA has been using a male athlete on the ‘Women’s’ U20 Team at the 2026 World Junior Ultimate Championships in Logrono, Spain. Leo ‘Nora’ Luloff has been a key player for Team USA and has even been described as the best women’s player in the country.”

“The USOPC must sanction USA Ultimate for directly violating President Trump’s Executive Order protecting women’s sports. USA Ultimate’s support of a biological male to participate on a women’s team is an affront to all female athletes and a disgrace to our country. No biological males should be competing in place of female athletes on Team USA. Americans expect our country to stand with integrity in sport. USA Ultimate is making a mockery of fair play. Hypocrisy on the world stage is a stain on our country,” said Penny Nance, CEO and President, Concerned Women for America.

“It is no secret that science, biology, and common sense show the unfair advantage biological male athletes have against female athletes. It’s past time that the USPOC is held accountable for ensuring fairness for biological female athletes,” she said.

CWA previously called on USOPC CEO Sarah Hirshland to resign over her failure to fully commit to preventing biological men from competing in women’s sports.

CWA research found that in the U.S.:

  • Trans-identifying males have stolen over 1,941 gold medals from women and girls in the United States, pushing each rightful champion down to second place.
  • Trans-identifying male athletes have stolen over $493,173 in prize money from women in professional sports.
  • In California alone, over 521 women and girls have taken silver below a male allowed to compete in the women’s category.
  • Trans-identifying males have competed in more than 10,067 female sport events, amateur and professional. Tens of thousands of women and girls have been displaced and disrupted on their own teams, tracks, fields, and leaderboards.
