WASHINGTON, DC – Concerned Women for America (CWA) is excited to mark April as “Faith Month” in this special year, when the U.S. is celebrating 250 years of American History rooted in Judeo-Christian principles.

“Concerned Women for America is standing up for our Christian faith and encouraging others to do the same during ‘Faith Month’ this April,” said Penny Nance, CEO and President, Concerned Women for America. “As Christians, it’s important to know what we believe and be able to articulate it, defend it, and apply it to what is happening in our culture.”

“Instead of being irritated by identity politics, we urge Christians to share their faith with others this month and take back the culture with the truth of the Gospel. We celebrate ‘Faith Month’ because we are not ashamed of the Gospel and its monumental impact on our nation and the world. Stand boldly with us as we raise the Christian flag and affirm our heritage as one nation, under God,” said Nance.

In a culture that often celebrates pride, self-identity, and selfishness, Faith Month is an initiative that calls Christians nationwide to dedicate April to intentionally celebrate and live out their faith. Born in response to Pride Month celebrations, CWA spearheaded the Faith Month initiative beginning in 2022 with the help of many partners and the leadership of faithful public servants, like Sen. Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Mississippi) and Rep. Mary Miller (R-Illinois 15th). Every year, believers from all over America come together during the month of April in prayer, worship, and action.

A key part of Faith Month this year is our Good News Campaign, in which students will engage their communities by inviting others to share the good news in their lives. These conversations create natural opportunities to share the Gospel. Christians are also encouraged to fly the Christian flag through the Fly Your Flag campaign, sparking meaningful conversations about the love of Jesus and its impact on our communities.
