This pro-family legislation affirms American values by eliminating forced taxpayer funding of abortion businesses, protects Medicaid resources from funding sex-denying procedures on minors, and ensures that federal dollars prioritize the well-being of families and the sanctity of life.

The bill blocks taxpayer subsidies to abortion providers who have increasingly focused on abortion services while reducing essential health care for women. By redirecting resources directly to families, this legislation truly serves the needs of taxpayers and communities.
