Coloradans’ First Amendment rights took another hit.

By May 8, 2024Colorado

Thank you to all who prayed and took action on HB24-1124, the Discrimination in Public Places bill. Unfortunately, the bill passed and is headed to the Governor’s desk for his signature. HB24-1124 threatens 501c3 organizations and individuals with a fine of $3,500 for every violation of the state nondiscrimination law (which includes protected classes of “sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.”)

As we begin to enter election season, remember elections have consequences. Click here to see how your State Representative and State Senator voted on this anti-religious freedom bill. If you are unsure who represents you at the state capitol, click here. When you vote, vote for the person who will represent your values.

Thank you!
