Now that Judge Neil Gorsuch has been officially confirmed to the U.S. Supreme Court, he must be ready to consider some very important cases.
None more important than one he will here this very week: Trinity Lutheran v. Pauley. This is a very important religious freedom case where the government discriminated against a school, and therefore, the children in that school, just because of their religious affiliation.
Needless to say, this is exactly the type of governmental action the First Amendment was enacted to protect against. Government should never have the power to punish children because they go to a school affiliated with any particular faith.
Government should play fair in protecting all its citizens. And Concerned Women for America will be in front of the court on the day of the hearing to make your voice heard.
