[Audio Clip] Sen. Dianne Feinstein: When you read your speeches, the conclusion one draws is that the dogma lives loudly within you. And that’s of concern.
That was Sen. Dianne Feinstein of California proudly imposing an unconstitutional religious test on 7th Circuit Court of Appeals nominee Amy Barrett.
And she was not the only one to focus on the nominee’s faith. Senators Dick Durbin of Illinois and Al Franken of Minnesota also joined in the shameful display of anti-Christian rhetoric.
Friends, this type of mistrust and outright hostility towards people of faith is threat to freedom and liberty. We must stand against it!
