We’ve been highlighting this week the horrible case of an illegal immigrant minor that was able to get a U.S. court to force the Trump Administration to facilitate the abortion of her unborn baby.
At the same time this is happening, the courts are still entertaining the preposterous case against the Center for Medical Progress, David Daleiden, and Sandra Merritt, the pro-life heroes who exposed Planned Parenthood’s nefarious involvement with the selling of baby body parts, in violation of federal law.
Our judicial system is broken. It is why we cannot ignore the efforts of President Trump to nominate committed constitutionalists to the courts. Close to 40 nominees await Senate action, while liberals obstruct the process. We must demand their confirmation.
