“In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” – Matthew 5:16
Like you, I am deeply concerned about the numerous moral issues that threaten our community, state, and nation today. Most people long to help create a better future for our children and grandchildren—but often wonder, where do I start?
If you’re ready to use your voice and shine light in the darkness, I want you to know there is a place for you in Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Kansas.
Here are some of the opportunities to get involved:
Prayer/Action Chapter
Visit or lead a local Prayer/Action Chapter that meets monthly to educate, pray strategically, and take action on CWA’s core issues. A CWA chapter provides a welcoming space to connect with like-minded women who love the Lord above all else and seek to be a light in their community.
Influencer
Help spread truth by sharing CWA updates and resources with your network through social media, email, text, church, and community connections.
Legislative Liaison
Monitor key bills, meet with legislators at the state capitol, and be a trusted voice for Biblical values.
Encourage-A-Legislator Coordinator
Administer a program in which volunteers pray for and send regular postcards of encouragement to their assigned state legislator(s).
Take Action:
Kansas needs women like you! If you’re ready to take the next step, please contact me today—I’d love to connect and help you find your place.
Pray:
Even if this isn’t the season for you to take on a specific role, your prayers remain invaluable. Please remember to pray for the state of Kansas and for the ongoing ministry work of CWA of Kansas. Your spiritual support can make a significant difference as we strive to fulfill our mission and impact on our community.
Pray for God’s wisdom, favor, and protection as we address the challenges facing our state. Pray that we are found faithful in doing all for His glory.
Thank you for standing with us!
