SB 353 Health and Safety Changes Act Passed the North Carolina Senate and House!

Now, one step away from signing SB 353 into law, let Governor Pat McCrory hear from you!

To all who have prayed, made calls, sent emails to our North Carolina Legislators during this session, and to all who have been concerned about protecting life in the womb and supporting family value legislation: Thank you! And let us thank God! Last night, July 25, SB 353, the Health and Safety Changes Act, passed the Senate with a vote of 32-13! It is now in the Governor’s hands to sign into law.

Action:

  • Please contact Governor Pat McCrory. Ask him to sign SB 353, the Health and Safety Changes Act, into law. Call the Office of the Governor (919) 814-2000, or click here to e-mail him.
  • Contact Senate President Pro Tempore Berger (919) 733-5708 and Speaker Tillis (919) 733-3451. Thank them for supporting SB 353.
  • Lastly, contact your senator and representative who voted for SB 353. Thank him/her for standing with a strong commitment to protect life and support family value legislation in our great state.
