The Problem: Have you ever been discouraged when reading about the liberal mindset being taught in colleges today? Concerned about how this next generation is being indoctrinated against the Biblical world view in an ever increasing manner by professors that openly oppose what we hold near and dear? Felt helpless?
The Answer: We at CWA of Virginia and CWA national have committed in 2016 to do our part in combating this anti-Biblical teachings through a project called Young Women for America (YWA). YWA is a student-oriented initiative that is geared toward high school and college campuses to bring active groups of young like-minded women together to promote conservative values to their schools and the nation.
The good news is that there are young women out there within the 171 Virginia colleges that are Christian, conservative and passionate about the issues you and I care about. They just need our support and a platform to spread the word and make a difference on their campuses, the state and nation. They need to be encouraged, equipped and trained.
The Need: Christian college women. We have everything needed to serve these young ladies. CWA national has hired staff, created curriculum for them to use to lead their chapters and accumulated funds to enable them to do what needs to be done to have a significant impact. All we need now is young women to answer the call. This is where you come in.
The Action: Can you help us identify these young women? They might be your daughter, granddaughter, niece or part of your church family or friends of young ladies you know. Please forward them this e-alert and be sure they visit the YWA website and read through this YWA brochure. And, encourage, inspire and urge them to make a difference in their generation through this exciting opportunity in YWA.
The Outcome: The build-up of conservative YWA chapters across Virginia will finally provide a Kingdom response to the liberal studies and programs that have been built by the left for 20 years. We will equip young women across the state to make a difference on their college campuses and be a greater impact in their communities, state and national after they graduate.
Leave a legacy; inspire the next generation to lead a YWA chapter.
Contact us today with any questions and/or ideas on ways we can reach these Christian college women with YWA information.
Thank you in advance for your diligence in this matter.
