The 2025 Texas legislative session has come to an end. Texas leaders worked hard to make our great state an even better place to live and raise a family.
Thank the Lord with me that we live in a state where the majority of our elected officials still protect life in the womb, religious freedom, children, and families. Because of this, on most issues, we had a good legislative session.
Three of the top phenomenal bills that passed:
SB 31: PASSED! Educates doctors and lawyers on Pro-Life laws to prevent needless delays in care for pregnant women.
SB 33: PASSED! Ends taxpayer-funded abortion travel.
SB 10: PASSED! Requires the Ten Commandments to be posted in public schools.

Thank you to all our Encourage-A-Legislator (EAL) participants who faithfully prayed for our leaders and sent postcards with words of encouragement throughout the legislative session. We know that prayer changes hearts and minds, and it can even move mountains. Continue to pray for the men and women who serve faithfully in elected positions as they return to their hometowns. Even though the legislative session ended, the work continues.
