April 26, 2021 was a great day for our state!  On that day, SB2030, a pro-life bill, passed the State Senate and is on its way to Gov. Doug Burgum’s (Republican) desk! SB 2030 clarifies that the State of Dakota does not do business with or partner with the abortion industry.

Abortion advocates and University officials are working tirelessly to stop this pro-life bill from going into law and have put together a coordinated effort asking the Governor to use his veto pen and stop this pro-life legislation from going into law.

Contact Gov. Burgum here (call or email) and urge him to sign SB 2030. A sample message is below my signature line.

Gov. Burgum needs to hear from pro-life North Dakota citizens, now!  The Governor has three days to sign or veto the bill.

Pray for our Governor that he will sign the bill. Praise be to God that the majority of legislators had the courage, wisdom, and understanding to vote against the wishes of University officials and for life!

Dear Gov. Burgum,

Please sign SB 2030 into law. I do not support ties to Planned Parenthood by any of our Universities and ask that you affirm the decision made by the majority of our legislators.

Abortion has always disproportionately affected minority communities. Planned Parenthood targets abortion facilities in minority neighborhoods. They continue the eugenics goal of their founder Margaret Sanger and have built 88% of their new mega facilities within walking distance of minority neighborhoods.  North Dakota needs to stop any ties with an organization with racist intentions.
