Kennedy to tell him you support Kyle Duncan and ask him to support Duncan also—and guess what? He listened to you! Sen. Kennedy has since said, “I plan to vote in favor” of 5th Circuit nominee Kyle Duncan. There’s no doubt this is because of your involvement.
