Remembering 9/11 but Forgetting God

The tenth anniversary of the terrorist attack on our nation will be marked by hundreds of local, regional and national ceremonies. However, many of these observances will be forgetting God. The most notable is the ceremony in New York City where Mayor Michael Bloomberg has banned prayer. Others that will allow prayer have faced obstacles from government leaders and the American Civil Liberties Union. Robert Knight, Senior Fellow with the American Civil Rights Union (ACRU) and columnist for The Washington Times, has more on these and other restrictions of our religious freedom.
