President Trump inaugurated his second term in January 2025, and over the past twelve months, his administration fulfilled campaign promises and delivered the American people a long-awaited golden era at breakneck speed. Before we move on to year two, let’s take a walk through the past year and cover President Trump’s biggest wins in 2025.
Upholding the Unique Dignity of Women
On the campaign trail in 2023, Donald Trump was the first Republican candidate for president to sign Concerned Women for America Legislative Action Committee’s (CWALAC) Presidential Promise to American Women:

Sitting across from CWA CEO and President Penny Nance, the now-President signed on, and he has since been true to his word. On day one of his second term, the White House immediately combed through the Whitehouse.gov website to amend the definitions of “man” and “woman” to reflect biological reality and clarify that there are only two immutable sexes.
In February, CWALAC was in the room with the President when he signed his executive order banning trans-identifying males from competing in women’s and girls’ sports categories affirming female athletes are owed dignity, fairness, and safety under Title IX in their competitions.
This year, President Trump ushered in domestic policy based on biological reality, common sense, and fairness for women and girls—a 180-degree flip from the previous sex-rejecting administration.
Eliminating So-called “Gender-affirming Care”
While the Biden-era consensus effectively told children that they could never be good enough without going under a surgeon’s knife, President Trump kicked off his domestic agenda with an opposite message to American children in his 2025 State of the Union Address: “You are perfect exactly the way God made you.”
Reversing course following the Biden Administration was no small task for the President. To kick off the effort, the President signed an Executive Order Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation to pause all federal funding of sex-rejecting procedures for minors. Since Trump penned the order, thirty pediatric “gender-affirming care” clinics have halted sex-rejecting procedures for minors.
Additionally, after months of careful study, the President’s Department of Health and Human Services released a groundbreaking study on the pseudoscientific “gender-affirming care” model, finding that sex-rejecting procedures (cross-sex hormones, puberty blockers, sex-rejecting surgeries) on minors are harmful, irreversible, inadvisable, and dangerous.
Following the publication, HHS Secretary Kennedy closed out 2025 on a strong footing, announcing a six-point plan to end chemical and surgical child mutilation. The sum of the action steps will pull all American taxpayer dollars from healthcare plans, hospitals, and doctors that perform sex-rejecting procedures on minors and correct the medical consensus on pediatric dysphoria away from the harmful “gender-affirming care” model.
In 2025, the Trump administration made strides in calling “gender-affirming care” what it really is: ideology-driven child mutilation.
Securing the Border for American Communities
High on President Trump’s list of priorities in the first year of his second term was securing our borders. For the sake of law-abiding American citizens, families, and communities, and to crack down on drug and child trafficking, the President has done just that. Conflicts at the border have dropped to all-time lows, and Immigration Control and Enforcement (ICE) has seized tens of thousands of fentanyl pills and removed countless cartel members and traffickers from American streets and communities.
Under the Biden administration, 300,000 migrant children went missing, likely kidnapped into cartels sex-trafficking rings. ICE, alongside other law enforcement partners, has worked tirelessly to locate these children, and this year alone, the President reported that law enforcement has rescued 62,000 migrant children from trafficking.
President Trump’s decisive actions to protect American communities, especially women and girls, from illegal aliens began in January with the stroke of his pen to codify the Laken Riley Act—the law’s namesake, Laken Riley, was tragically murdered by an illegal alien with a criminal record and bolsters law enforcement’s ability to prosecute illegal aliens. All in all, President Trump’s unwavering commitment to restoring law and order—which entails undoing untold damage from the Biden administration—to the United States this year and in years to come is critical to maintaining a safe, free, sovereign, and prosperous America.
The Working Families Tax Cut (One Big Beautiful Bill)
On July 4, the President signed into law his priority legislation: H.R.1, The Working Families Tax Cut (also known as the One Big Beautiful Bill). With the passage of that bill came sweeping wins for American families and the conservative movement—the bill defunded Big Abortion businesses like Planned Parenthood of hard-earned American taxpayer dollars for the first time in American history, relieved tax burdens on American families, bolstered school choice, and expanded pro-family child tax credits.
Bringing the Hostages Home
President Trump’s first year in office did more than initiate a domestic golden era; his foreign policy made America a global powerhouse, leading the world toward peace through strength. The President, through negotiations, ended numerous wars in 2025, between: Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo, India and Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia, Cambodia and Thailand, and Israel and Gaza.
Most notably, President Trump ended the October 7th War and secured the release of twenty living Israeli hostages who had been held in captivity by Hamas in Gaza for over two years. The bodies of two deceased Israeli-American hostages—Itay Chen and Omer Nuetra—were returned to their families to be laid to rest with honor.
Concerned Women for America LAC stood with Omer Nuetra’s parents in the halls of Congress, in the Oval Office, and brought them to the stage at the Republican National Convention, but President Trump earned the couple closure and a proper celebration of life for their son.
The Golden Era Continues
President Trump’s first year in his second term delivered a promised Golden Era to the American people and to the globe. He upheld the unique dignity of women, cracked down on so-called “gender-affirming care,” secured the border, passed the Working Families Tax Cut, and brought the Israeli hostages home.
To name a few other key accomplishments, he eliminated fraud, waste, and abuse from federal agencies and foreign aid programs, pardoned peaceful pro-life prisoners, and held institutions of higher education accountable for DEI programs and antisemitism.
2025 was a year for the history books for President Trump, and CWALAC is excited to continue working with the White House as the President continues to fulfill campaign promises and make America great.
