Thank you to all who came to hear Dr. David Tamisiea, Executive Director of the North Dakota Catholic Conference, speak on the current status of North Dakota’s pro-life laws and about the opportunities for advocacy on behalf of unborn children and their families! Dr. Tamisiea provided an analysis of laws prohibiting abortion in our state and also explained the ways current laws make choosing life easier for expectant mothers through the passage of “responding with love” legislation.

Attendees were also inspired by Reverend Charles LaCroix, pastor of St. Brigid’s Catholic Church in Cavalier, who encouraged everyone to pray daily for the end of abortion. We were also encouraged to speak the truth about life with our family and friends, support pregnancy resource centers and adoption agencies, and to vote.  

Other speakers included State Senator Janne Myrdal and CWA leader and host Mary Ellen Kirking.
