“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.”
–John 15:4-5 NKJV
At times, we feel we must handle everything ourselves. We worry, become stressed, and lose sight of where God is leading us. Yet in this season of growth, I have been reminded how important it is to abide in His Word and faithfully do the work He has called us to do. As plants bear fruit in the proper season, the fruit of our labor becomes visible when we remain faithful. Whether we serve in our churches, communities, or homes, God honors work offered to Him and brings the increase. Our responsibility is not to carry the burden of the outcome, but to faithfully answer His call. When our work is rooted in Him, it will bear fruit.
I invite all Nebraska prayer warriors to join me in praying for abundant fruit to blossom across our state through Concerned Women for America (CWA) of Nebraska. We need strong women of faith to unite in prayer, education, and action so Nebraska can continue to be a blessing to God. A nation whose GOD is the LORD is blessed, and so is a STATE. Join Concerned Women for America of Nebraska and me in fighting for our state.
When you feel defeated where GOD has planted you, turn your eyes upon Jesus. As you abide in His Word and continue the work He has called you to do, He is the One Who brings the fruit, and CWA of Nebraska is a gardening tool to help.

PRAY
Father God, may I be faithful to abide in Your Word. May I always ask Your blessing on the service I offer. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself without the vine, may I remember whatever I do, to ask for Your guidance. May I always look to You in the times of discouragement and defeat and remember I can’t do this alone and, without You, I can do nothing. Bless the offerings of my hands and bless the fruit they produce. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
