We are happy to introduce you to Patty Erickson, Concerned Women for America’s Arizona State Director!
It wasn’t until the past few years that Patty began to be deeply stirred by what is happening in our culture and our country. She retired from management at a large, national real estate company in 2019 when her interests shifted to issues affecting women. She then became a Victims Advocate with the Pima County Attorney’s office. In this capacity, she met with victims of crimes at the crime scene to help them begin the process of healing.
It wasn’t until Patty heard Penny Nance interviewed on the news last year that she heard God’s voice to JUMP! Men in women’s sports, and in women’s locker rooms, had been a hot-button issue for her, but when she heard Penny speaking in detail, she immediately emailed CWA to ask how she could help. Shortly after, she organized an outstanding Tucson stop on our cross-country Pink Bus Tour and then started a local Prayer/Action Chapter in Tucson.
Patty resides in Tucson with her husband, Bart, her high school sweetheart. They have two children and two grandchildren.

Note from Patty: “As Christians, we are called to be Salt and Light and to make a difference in our culture. The Bible says to ‘occupy until He comes.’ It doesn’t say to just sit and watch, to wait for God’s plan to unfold. We must take action, guided by our God, to make a difference in our culture and in our government. We are to engage in the culture in order to make changes, and the God focused CWA mission is the perfect vehicle for affecting that change. “So, here I am, excited to make a difference in the state of Arizona. I’m praying for God to raise up women in every area of this state to lead Prayer/Action Chapters to pray for our country, both locally and nationally. I aim to build a team of dedicated, God-fearing, and conservative women, of all ages, to shape Arizona legislation in accordance with Biblical principles. Lastly, we will demonstrate to state legislators that even if we hold differing opinions, we will still pray and encourage them. There is NO limit to women praying to God! Will you join me?” |
