I am pleased to introduce Tina Marie Bloomer, Concerned Women for America’s (CWA) new North Carolina State Director. Tina Marie joined the CWA of North Carolina’s leadership team in early 2023, serving as a Prayer/Action Chapter Leader in Charlotte. We are grateful that Tina Marie is willing to step into the director role.

Tina Marie is a graduate of Miami University with a degree in French and Pre-Med and obtained a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Winthrop University. As a Registered Dietitian, she has her own private practice as a consultant for Head Start. Tina and her husband, John, reside in Charlotte. Together, they have six children and six grandchildren.

Tina Marie’s love for activism began in her early twenties, educating her church family and like-minded friends on issues such as life, human trafficking, the defense of family, and more. She’s organized Life Chain Sundays, spoken at school board meetings in favor of parents’ rights, and began a run for a state house seat before eleventh-hour changes in district lines bumped her out of the district.

A note from Tina Marie:

“Troubled by the culture war taking place on nearly every mountain of influence, I fervently prayed for guidance on how I could make a difference, not only now but even more importantly, for my children and the generations to come. During this time, when I was part of an intercessory prayer team, I met former state director Jill Coward, who introduced me to Concerned Women for America. After returning home from a visit to CWA’s National headquarters, I told my husband, ‘I found my tribe!’ I cannot be more excited to answer God’s call to serve as State Director. I was made for this. Every heartache, every tear, every failure, and every detour developed me into who He needed me to be …for such a time as this!”
