Meet CWA of Nevada’s New State Director!

By April 14, 2025Nevada

Kassidy is a passionate advocate for Biblical values and a bold voice for faith and freedom in the Silver State. A graduate of Utah State University with a Bachelor of Science degree, she has always had a heart for standing up for truth. She has been married for 13 years to her high school sweetheart, Rob, a retired U.S. Air Force veteran, and together they homeschool their two wonderful children. Their family, which also includes two energetic doodles, is deeply committed to living out their faith in their home and community.

As a military wife, Kassidy has lived across the U.S. and abroad, experiencing firsthand the sacrifices made for freedom. These experiences have strengthened her conviction that America is worth fighting for and that true patriotism means standing firm in both faith and principle. She understands the unique challenges military families face and knows what it means to put trust in God’s sovereignty through seasons of change and uncertainty.

Professionally, Kassidy works as a healthcare recruiter, where she has the unique opportunity to connect with clinicians as they embark on travel assignments to serve communities across the nation. She views her work as more than just placing healthcare professionals—it is a ministry. She strives to be a light to those she serves, offering encouragement and support to those on the front lines of patient care.

As the Prayer/Action Chapter Leader for Las Vegas, Kassidy has worked tirelessly to mobilize women of faith to stand for righteousness. She also volunteers regularly at a local pregnancy resource center, where she serves mothers and babies in need. A strong advocate for life, family, and freedom, she believes now is the time for women of faith to rise up and speak truth.

Kassidy’s journey to leadership within CWA began with a conviction God placed on her heart. Like so many, she once hesitated to speak openly about faith and politics, believing it was best to avoid controversy. But as she watched the culture drift further from Biblical truth, she realized silence was no longer an option.

“I used to think someone else would step up,” Kassidy shares. “Then I realized—I am that someone else. If I want my children to grow up in a nation that honors God, I can’t afford to sit on the sidelines. God doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called. And He has called me to this.”

With a strong Biblical worldview, Kassidy is committed to equipping and empowering Nevada women to pray, educate, and take action for the issues that matter most. She is excited to see what God will do through the women of CWA in Nevada and invites others to join in the fight for Biblical values.
