The event is scheduled to go from 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. The panelists are Alysia Melnick (“Yes” on 1), and State Rep. Mark Dion (D-Portland) (“Yes” on 1), Scott Gagnon (“No” on 1) and District Attorney Stephanie Anderson (“No” on 1). The moderator will be Mark Hyman, host of “Behind the Headlines.”
