This month, Concerned Women for America of Virginia’s Forest Prayer/Action Chapter hosted a Coffee and Conversation event with Bedford County’s new Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Marc Bergin.

The meeting was opened in prayer and a short overview of Concerned Women for America was given. Dr. Bergin was given an opportunity to make remarks, followed by a time of Q&A.  Questions ranged from masking in the schools to transgender policies, Critical Race Theory, and curriculum development in the Bedford County Schools.

We encourage all CWA of Virginia members to be engaged locally by attending Board of Supervisors, school board, and city and town council meetings.
