This comprehensive, peer-reviewed report assesses how each state safeguards religious freedom through its laws, encompassing areas such as individual rights, protections for churches and religious schools, and the freedom to practice one’s faith both publicly and privately.
Religious liberty is not just a constitutional right – it is a God-given freedom that allows individuals to live out their faith boldly and without fear. Florida’s #1 ranking is not only a win for our state, but a victory for every American who cherishes the right to worship freely, raise children in faith, and speak truth in the public square.
