The 2024 elections are upon us, and we need your help to ensure that every eligible vote counts in Florida! Here are ways to engage:
- Serve as challengers and watchers during early voting and on Election Day. Reach out to your local Republican or Democrat parties for information on qualifications and how to apply.
- Serve as Officer of Elections/Election Officer (poll workers.) Learn about Officers of Elections in Florida and how to apply here. Use can also use the poll worker lookup tool to find information on being a poll worker in your community, including requirements, hours, pay, training, and more.
- Ensure Floridians are registered to vote. We have made it easy for you. Download our Conducting a Voter Registration Drive: Instructions and Helpful Tips.

Election Dates
Primary Election
- Monday, July 22, 2024 – Voter Registration Deadline
- Thursday, August 8, 2024 – Deadline to apply for a ballot to be mailed to you.
- Thursday, August 8, 2024 – Voter Registration Offices open for early voting.
- Saturday, August 17, 2024 – 5:00 pm EST – Last day for in-person early voting.
- Tuesday, August 20, 2024 – Primary Election Day. 7 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. (local time)
General Election
- Monday, October 7, 2024 – Deadline to register to vote or update an existing registration.
- Monday, October 21, 2024 – First Day of in-person early voting at local registrar’s office.
- Thursday, October 24, 2024 – Deadline to apply for a ballot to be mailed to you.
- Saturday, November 2, 2024, 5:00 p.m. EST – Last day of in-person early voting at local registration office.
- Tuesday, November 5, 2024 – General Election Day. 7 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. (local time)
