CWA of Kansas State Director (center) is grateful for the tireless work of Sen. Renee Erickson (left) and Sen. Molly Baumgardner (right) in the passage of SB 208 out of the Senate.

SB 208, a bill that provides a level playing field for female athletes, passed the state Senate 24 – 10 and now heads to the House for consideration. You can view the Senate debate on the bill here (around the 3:33:30 mark.)

Concerned Women for America of Kansas supports SB 208 because fair competition and equality in women’s sports are being threatened, and this legislation combats that issue. Individual male born athletes should not be eligible to participate on an athletic team that is exclusively for females.

Read Concerned Women for America’s Protecting Women’s Sports CWA Fact Sheet for additional information on this issue.

Check out our Standing with Female Athletes page for more information on the issue.

  2. Please forward this to your family and friends.

Pray! Be encouraged!  We have so much in which to be grateful. Thank God for all those He has placed in authority. Thank Him for His beautiful creation.

“So, God created man in His own image; in the image of God, He created him; male and female He created them.” – Genesis 1:27
