Praise the Lord! A great majority of the North Dakota House of Representatives supported LIFE! HB 1285, HB 1336 and HB 1546 were passed and are now headed to the North Dakota Senate!
On January 21, CWA of North Dakota submitted testimony in support on HB 1336, the Abortion Pill Reversal bill to the House Human Services Committee. On January 28, this bill was passed by a vote of 73 yeas and 16 nays!
And again on January 21, CWA of North Dakota submitted testimony. This time testimony in support of the HB 1546, Prohibition of Dismemberment Abortion bill to the House Human Services Committee. On January 31, the prohibition of dismemberment bill was passed by vote of 78 yeas and 13 nays! On January 31, CWA of North Dakota submitted testimony in support of HB 1285, relating to improving the Safe Haven Law for Children to the House Human Services Committee. On February 6, 2019 this bill was passed by a vote of 92 yeas and 0 nays!
