CWA of Wisconsin’s Christmas Display at the Capitol – How You Can Help

By December 3, 2014Wisconsin

“For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.” Luke 2:11

Help CWA of Wisconsin bring the good news to the state capitol.

CWA of Wisconsin will be honoring the birth of our Lord and Savior by creating a display of original art in the rotunda of our state capital. The display will feature a beautiful original painting of Mother Mary and Baby Jesus created by Lake Tomahawk artist Rodd Umlauf. His dramatic piece will be complimented by original drawings submitted by Wisconsin children from across the state. Any child who is interested in drawing their own vision of the Christmas scene or of Mother Mary and Baby Jesus may complete and mail to the address below before December 12. Artwork should be completed on a standard size sheet of paper and any and all types of format are welcome. Crayon, pen, chalk, pencil, paint are all suitable.

Help a child in your life be a part of this statewide display honoring the happiest day of the year.

You may recall from last Easter what unexpectedly happened the last time we expressed our religious liberty at the capitol. View Fox & Friends coverage.
