CWA Mourns the Loss of Friend and Advisor Alice Stewart
“We are heartbroken and will miss her so much.”
Washington, D.C. – Concerned Women for America (CWA), the nation’s largest public policy women’s organization, mourns the loss of a dear friend and advisor to the organization, Alice Stewart, who passed from this life today in Virginia. Stewart, a political and media strategist and contributor to CNN, provided media consultation and expertise to CWA.
“I don’t have the words to express how heartbroken my family and I are at the loss of our beautiful, sweet, and kind friend, Alice Stewart,” said Penny Nance, CEO and President of CWA. “She was one of the most selfless people I have ever known. We will miss her so much, but we will see her again. Alice was a faithful servant of Jesus Christ and loved the Lord. As Scripture tells us, ‘We have this assurance: Those who belong to God shall live again.’
“Our prayers are with all of her family and friends at this difficult time.”
