There’s no question Sen. Bernie Sanders acted unconstitutionally when he opposed Russell Vought to be the next deputy director of the Office of Management and Budget because of his Christian faith.
He actually imposed a religious test for public service in direct violation of Article 6 of the U.S. Constitution. He should be ashamed of himself, and he should be called to account by his colleagues.
Sen. Bernie Sanders: “I would simply say, Mr. Chairman, that this nominee is really not someone who is what this country is supposed to be about. I will vote ‘no’ on this.”
Such bigotry, in the name of tolerance, goes against the founding principles of our nation.
We must stand against it!
Should your Christian faith disqualify you from government service? Senator Bernie Sanders thinks so. He attacked one man for his Biblical beliefs during a nomination hearing. Tell Sen.
