Take Florida’s “Competitive Workforce Act.” It seeks to add “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” to Florida’s Civil Rights Act, providing new ways for LGBTQ activists to sue Christian businesses.
It would also allow men access to use women’s showers, locker rooms, and bathrooms, among other facilities.
HB 81 in the Florida House and SB 106 in the Florida Senate completely ignore women’s safety concerns and are an absolute affront to religious liberty. They must be stopped.
