“Choose some wise, understanding and respected men from each of your tribes, and I will set them over you." Deuteronomy 1:13
Come November 5, each of us will be responsible for choosing who we would like to be the next president of the United States. Though there is no perfect candidate, we must choose. Until then, join us as we make an impact on this election.
Please consider how you can participate in our She Prays She Votes pre-election activities. Encourage your relatives, friends, and acquaintances to register to vote. Consider having a voter registration table at your church. It’s easy, and we provide the instructions. You might be surprised to learn that not all believers are registered. Consider being a poll worker or watcher; we provide instructions on how to apply.
Check out CWA’s She Prays She Votes election page, where you will find an array of information, such as how-to instructions, links, and election comparison and prayer points handouts. I would be pleased to hear from you if you do a voter registration table or any other election activities.
Election Dates:
- Last day to register to vote: Monday, October 7.
- First day of in-person early voting: Monday, October 21.
- Last day for in-person early voting: Friday, November 1.
If you have any questions, please feel free to call me at 214-228-7895. I would love to discuss any of this with you.
Pray: Use CWA’s 2024 Election Prayer Points to pray for the upcoming election.
Act: Go to the She Prays She Votes election page and prayerfully consider what the Lord would have you do before the election. Mark your calendar to vote on November 5.
Blessings,
Jana Long
